Job Description

• To achieve monthly sales target.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dealers.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly plans or upcoming promotions to dealers.
• To communicate and train dealers on key product features, promotional campaigns and others.
• To provide consistent and periodic updates to superior on current market conditions and individual dealer’s progress.
• Collect market information and conduct market analysis to maintain / increase market share of the brand(s) in the pharmacy and mom & baby segments.
• Assists in planning of promotional activities, organizing events and product exhibitions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company’s management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nutrition / Dietetics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience. Experience in servicing dealers in the mother and baby market is an added advantage.
• Business-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English business communication, able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking dealers and clients.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley and to other states as required.
• Training will be provided.
