About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Influencer Campaign Executive to manage end-to-end execution of influencer (KOL) marketing campaigns. This role involves coordinating with creators, managing campaign timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and keeping clients updated on campaign performance.

You will work closely with brands and creators to ensure campaigns run smoothly from planning to reporting.

Campaign Planning & Creator Selection

  • Curate and suggest a list of appropriate creators for influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Identify creators who resonate with the brand’s target demographic and objectives.
  • Compose concise and effective content briefs for campaigns directed at creators.

Creator Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Contact creators to invite their participation in campaigns.
  • Negotiate terms and confirm the specifics of campaign deliverables.
  • Sustain professional communication with creators throughout the course of the campaign.

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Ensure timely delivery of products to creators for content creation.
  • Monitor campaign schedules to guarantee all deliverables are met on time.
  • Make sure creators submit drafts for feedback prior to posting.

Content Review & Quality Control

  • Evaluate creator drafts to confirm consistency with the campaign brief, messaging, and brand standards.
  • Offer constructive feedback and revisions as needed before the content is published.

Client Communication

  • Provide clients with regular updates on campaign progress.
  • Respond to client feedback and ensure the implementation of campaign modifications.

Reporting & Insights

  • Gather data on campaign performance.
  • Generate insight reports for campaigns that summarize outcomes, engagement statistics, and essential takeaways.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience working with creators or influencer campaigns is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with influencer analytics.
  • Experience preparing campaign reports and performance insights.
  • Existing network of KOLs or content creators.
