Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Deliver a professional, welcoming, and personalized showroom experience to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable lighting, smart home automation, and security solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value.
  • Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and trusted product consultation.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive sales initiatives and customer engagement.

Product Consultation & Sales

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product specifications, industry developments, promotions, and emerging smart technologies.
  • Educate customers on product functionality, applications, and solutions.
  • Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience and long-term satisfaction.

Showroom Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
  • Support inventory management activities, including stock receiving, tracking, and merchandising.
  • Ensure product displays remain operational, current, and professionally presented at all times.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve showroom objectives and enhance overall business performance.

Job Requirements

  

Qualifications

  • Malaysian with a minimum SPM qualification.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using digital tools and applications.
  • Prior experiences in retail sales, consumer electronics, lighting, home improvement, or related industries is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage to support a wider customer base.
  • Strong sales orientation with effective negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, customer-centric, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
  • Willing to work weekends and retail operating hours (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
