Job Description

We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Executive to join our event team, focusing on B2B corporate sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and presenting event-based solutions tailored to their branding, marketing, and engagement needs. This role requires confidence in client communication, a proactive mindset, and an understanding of how to connect corporate objectives to event solutions.

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
    Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients across various industries.
    Proactively explore and penetrate new markets or sectors for corporate events.
  • Client Relationship Management
    Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and understanding of client needs.
    Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal walkthroughs.
     
  • Proposal Development & Closing
    Work closely with the planning and creative teams to develop customized proposals and quotations.
    Negotiate pricing and close deals aligned with company objectives.
     
  • Market Research & Strategy
    Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client demands to refine sales approaches.
    Recommend improvements to product offerings based on client feedback.
  • Sales Reporting & Documentation
    Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, deals closed, and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
    Provide regular sales updates and forecast reports to management.
     


Job Requirements

Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
 

Experience:

2–4 years in business development, B2B sales, or client servicing, preferably in events, advertising, or marketing agency.

Proven experience in achieving sales targets or handling corporate accounts.
 

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand client pain points and propose relevant event-based solutions.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Comfortable with CRM systems.
 

Other Requirements:

Must possess own transport (car) for client meetings and travel.

Willing to attend events or meetings outside regular hours when necessary.
