Job Description

We're looking for an Event Management Executive to plan and execute high-impact corporate events for our clients. You'll manage every aspect from planning to execution, ensuring exceptional results every time.

• Plan and execute corporate events (conferences, seminars, roadshows, exhibitions)
• Manage event budgets and negotiate with vendors
• Coordinate logistics and on-site operations
• Handle client communications and manage expectations
• Promote events and manage registrations
• Ensure client satisfaction and deliver results on time and within budget

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of event management experience
• Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license
• Fluent in English

Preferred:

• Experience with corporate events or MICE
• Bilingual (Malay/Chinese)
• Event management software experience
• Bachelor's degree
