Job Description
We're looking for an Event Management Executive to plan and execute high-impact corporate events for our clients. You'll manage every aspect from planning to execution, ensuring exceptional results every time.
- Plan and execute corporate events (conferences, seminars, roadshows, exhibitions)
- Manage event budgets and negotiate with vendors
- Coordinate logistics and on-site operations
- Handle client communications and manage expectations
- Promote events and manage registrations
- Ensure client satisfaction and deliver results on time and within budget
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of event management experience
- Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent in English
Preferred:
- Experience with corporate events or MICE
- Bilingual (Malay/Chinese)
- Event management software experience
- Bachelor's degree
