We are looking for a confident and persuasive Outbound Telemarketer to proactively reach out to potential customers, promote our products or services, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided lead lists
• Promote and explain products or services to generate interest and close sales
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
• Handle objections professionally and persuasively to convert leads
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
• Accurately record call details, customer information, and outcomes in the system
• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / high school qualification; diploma or degree is an advantage
• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a call center is preferred (fresh candidates with the right attitude may be considered)
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Good command of spoken English (and other languages as required)
• Confident, target-driven, and able to handle rejection positively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
