Key Responsibilities

As a Business Communication & Marketing Intern, you will:

• Assist the sales and marketing team in creating brand awareness on behalf of clients. 
• Participate in face-to-face marketing activities across various platforms such as public events, commercial areas, and roadshows. 
• Learn about clients' products and services to communicate effectively and confidently with customers. 
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering excellent communication and customer service. 
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. 
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure the smooth coordination and execution of sales and marketing projects. 
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve marketing strategies.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Communication, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Interest in business communication, marketing, branding, and customer engagement. 
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to develop professionally. 
• Comfortable participating in face-to-face marketing activities, events, and roadshows.
