About the Role

Sutra Adv Group is looking for confident and enthusiastic interns to join our Communication & Sales Internship Program.

This internship is designed for students who want to develop strong communication skills while gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, marketing, and face-to-face promotional activities.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with customers and promote clients’ products and services
• Participate in face-to-face sales and marketing activities
• Assist with events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Support the team in achieving sales and campaign targets
• Learn and apply effective communication and sales techniques
• Participate in training sessions and team activities
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth campaign execution

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Management, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking with people
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proactive, motivated, and responsible
• Able to work well in a team
• Good time-management and problem-solving skills
• Willing to participate in face-to-face sales and marketing activities
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
