About the Department

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify relevant customer segments, potential x-sell and upsell opportunities, and retention strategies throughout the pre and post campaign life cycle

• Develop predictive models to forecast campaign outcomes. Utilize machine learning tools and advanced analytics technique to segment customer base and personalize marketing messages. Identify customer preferences, behaviours, and needs to tailor marketing strategies accordingly. Implement automated processes for delivering targeted marketing campaigns.

• To work with functional users to translate business requirements into meaningful insights for decision making.
• Develop and maintain reports/dashboards based on user needs using Tableau or PowerBI, PowerPoint , Excel, etc

• Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives by harnessing data and analytics.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering, etc.• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a bank or financial institution.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Strong knowledge in Statistics, machine learning, econometrics, and/or database management • Expertise in SQL queries, VBA programming, SAS, SPSS or R

• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
