The Financial Sector Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) is a 3 + 9-month intensive graduate training programme, in collaboration with Asian Banking School (ABS), designed to equip talent with the right skills and knowledge for their transition into the financial services industry. There are two intakes per year, and we are now open for April intake registration. The first three months of the programme, trainees will join the classroom training with Asian Banking School (ABS) (Click here to find out more about the programme: https://www.fstep.org.my/). Trainees will be attached to respective departments for the remaining nine months with the opportunity to be absorbed as a permanent employee after the programme ends.
