Please note that only shortlisted candidates are contacted for the next stage of applications. <h2>Available opportunity in Human Resources (Talent Acquisition):</h2> <ul> <li>Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in career fairs and campus recruitment events, representing the company and engaging with prospective candidates.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and coordination of pre-employment checks.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate job postings on internal and external job boards and track applicant responses.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in creating and updating job descriptions, as well as preparing interview guides.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as maintaining candidate records and updating the recruitment tracker.&nbsp;</li> <li>Help organise and facilitate assessment centres, including assisting in logistics and evaluation documentation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with the TA team in creating recruitment reports and analysing data to improve hiring processes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies.</li> </ul> &nbsp; What we look for in a UOB FSTEP Trainee: <ul> <li>Malaysian nationality.</li> <li>Minimum of Bachelor's degree in any field.</li> <li>Fresh graduates or candidates with less than three (3)&nbsp;years of working experience.</li> <li>Fluent in English with&nbsp;good communication skills, adaptable, dedicated, committed, and independent.</li> <li>Committed to complete the programme.
