About the Department

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish tools and processes for the identification, assessment, monitoring,  and reporting on credit assurance matters & ensure compliance. To conduct periodic self-assessment, review & testing.
  • Stakeholders engagement to ensure awareness & compliance to credit policy.  Communication on latest update on credit policy & guidance in the form newsletter/bulletin or conducting briefing/ training etc. Managing the credit manual to ensure information are being updated periodically.
  • Periodic Reporting of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) which covers areas but not limited to
    • Incident, Management Risk Awareness reporting
    • Key Risk & Control Self-Assessment
    • Key Operational Risk Reporting
    • Outsourcing compliance
    • Third Party Risk Management
    • Audit
    • Business Continuity Management
  • Manage adhoc projects such as monitoring on remediation progress & ensure completion for management reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Recognised degree and with good command in English
  • Resourceful and meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and a team player with strong interpersonal skills
