About the Department

Job Responsibilities

  • The credit admin support is responsible for providing assistance and support to the credit department with minimum supervision.
  • This includes tasks such as processing credit applications, verifying customer information, maintaining records of credit transactions, and assisting with MIS reporting.
  • Ensuring applications are processed within stipulated turnaround time and able to meet daily required productivity set by the department
  • Additionally, the credit admin support may assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and general administrative support.
  • This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support the department as and when with ad hoc task assignment. 

Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least bachelor’s degree
  • Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
  • Strong analytical, good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft word and excel
  • Fast learner and able to work under pressure
  • Candidate with profession credit certification (PCC) or Certified Credit Professional (CCP) would had added advantage
