This role is about building practical sales and marketing skills from the ground up. You will help create candidate pipelines, run entry-level campaigns, and support client outreach so our team can place the best people faster.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Client & Candidate Outreach

• Initiate and follow up on leads via phone, email, and social media to nurture relationships and set interviews.
• Support client briefings by collecting role requirements and preparing candidate shortlists for recruiters.
• Attend candidate screening calls and gather feedback to improve placement quality.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to keep processes moving smoothly.

Marketing & Campaigns

• Create and schedule social media posts and basic email campaigns that highlight roles and employer branding.
• Use simple analytics to report on post and email performance and suggest small improvements.
• Help design job adverts and content that speak to target candidates across platforms.
• Coordinate small events or outreach activities to build candidate pools when needed.

Operations & Learning

• Log interactions and update candidate and client records accurately in our CRM or spreadsheets.
• Prepare short weekly reports on outreach, campaign results, and open roles to share with the team.
• Participate in training sessions and apply feedback to improve pitch and presentation skills.
• Support ad hoc admin tasks to keep the team organised and efficient.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or 0 to 1 years of work experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, or customer-facing roles.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn on the job and a clear interest in recruitment and client engagement.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and content posting for LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram.
• Comfort using MS Office or Google Workspace for reporting and candidate tracking.
• Exposure to CRM tools or willingness to learn common CRMs such as HubSpot or Monday.com.
• Basic reporting skills using spreadsheets to track outreach and simple campaign metrics.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and public speaking confidence for candidate calls and short client updates.
• Good organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple small tasks each day.
• Positive attitude, coachability, and a growth mindset with a readiness for feedback and improvement.
