1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
• Work with managers to meet hiring needs and build a strong talent pool.

1. Compensation & Benefits

• Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDC).
• Review and administer employee salary packages.

1. HR Operations & Administration

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies & documentation.

1. Employee Relations & Support

• Handle employee inquiries, HR issues, and engagement activities.
• Organize team-building events to foster a positive workplace.
• Provide administrative and ad-hoc HR support as needed.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

1.  Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields).
2. Min 5 years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment and payroll administration.
3. Familiar with Malaysian labor law and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
4. Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in large enterprises or multinational companies.
2. Proficient in Mandarin & English for daily communication.
3. Background in HR is a plus.

Salary Package

Working Location： Sunway Velocity
Work Arrangement: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
Salary: RM8000 - RM 15000
