  What You’ll Do

• Connect and collaborate with top cloud providers like Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and others to support our business needs.
• Negotiate the best prices and deals with suppliers — turning good communication into real business value.
• Work hand-in-hand with your team leader to plan and execute procurement tasks smoothly.
• Handle quotations, vendor details, and basic contracts with care and accuracy.
• Keep up with the latest promotions and policies from cloud providers to help the company stay competitive.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Procurement Management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome! If you’re eager to learn and confident in communication and negotiation — we’d love to meet you.
• Strong interest or basic understanding of procurement workflows, vendor coordination, and sourcing.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills — able to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Proactive, detail-minded, and able to take ownership of tasks with a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Experience in working with or engaging cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin, capable of handling procurement documents and correspondence from overseas partners.
