We are a dynamic company in the Power & Utilities industry seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth financial and administrative operations within the organization. 

The person we are looking for is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations. This role includes handling billing, invoice management, expense tracking, financial record-keeping, and coordination of compliance matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting systems and administrative processes.

This is a full-time position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as training and guidance will be provided to support professional development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles
  • Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and compliance processes
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Maintain proper financial records and documentation 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
