🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development across power and electrical infrastructure solutions, including: 

• Lead sales activities related to Substations, Switchgear, Transformers, Underground Cables (UGC), and Overhead Lines (OHL)
• Engage clients to understand their technical and operational needs
• Identify opportunities with utilities, EPC contractors, developers, consultants, and industrial clients
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, quotations
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Build strong, long‑term customer relationships
• Track opportunities, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
2. Knowledge or exposure to Substation, Switchgear, Transformers, UGC and/or OHL systems
3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
4. Commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset
5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with targets
6. Experience in Product Sales in Power & Utilities.
