An Education Counselor plays a vital role in guiding and assisting students in their academic and career journeys. The primary responsibility of an Education Counselor is to provide information, support, and guidance to students, helping them make informed decisions about their education and future career paths. They work closely with students, parents, and educational institutions to ensure that students receive appropriate guidance and resources to achieve their academic and career goals.

You shall be responsible for the following scope of tasks and matters. The list, however, is not meant to be exhaustive as the University may review the scope from time to time in order to ensure the administration and welfare of the student are conducted in the most efficient manner.

• Recruit students for the University's academic programs by effectively engaging and guiding potential students in making informed decisions about their future careers.
• Nurture and strengthen relationships with current students and clients through in-person interactions, telephone calls, and email correspondence.
• Proactively reach out, including cold calling to schedule meetings with prospective students, and promptly respond to email and phone inquiries.
• Act as a liaison between UNIRAZAK and its existing and potential markets.
• Gather market insights and represent UNIRAZAK at educational exhibitions and events.
• Participate in team meetings to share best practices and address objections to encourage student enrollment.
• Perform such other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior or designated representative on behalf of UNIRAZAK.
