Unseen Matters is a story-first sustainable gifting studio based in Kuala Lumpur that partners with corporations to create concept-driven, sustainable gifts and branded merchandise using materials like coffee leather, recycled ocean plastic, mycelium, cork, and reclaimed wood. Over seven years the studio has completed 500+ projects for 400+ corporate clients across 18 countries, including Google, Meta, Petronas, Clarins, Cartier, Mercedes-Benz, Dell, and Siemens — across luxury brand campaigns, ASEAN summits, and large-scale association congresses.
We are looking for an intern to work alongside the founder and the team across operations, admin, marketing, and client work. You will handle real paperwork that goes to real brands, help chase real payments, research real clients, and see how every part of a business connects. This is a wide-exposure role — not a single-department internship. If you want to understand how a founder-led company actually runs, this is the seat.

Qualifications & Fit
Performance incentive paid in cash, on top of your basic salary. Good work gets rewarded directly.
Exceptional performance during peak periods earns you extra leave days, on top of your standard annual leave.
One day work from home weekly after probation, subject to project requirements.
The gifts you help build end up in the hands of Google employees, Clarins customers, and Petronas executives. You will work with high profile clients.
Work directly with a Tatler Gen.T founder who has led eight-figure projects and built relationships with Malaysia's most recognised brands.
We don't promote by tenure. If you think well, own your work, and raise the standard around you — you grow, regardless of how long you've been here.
