Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfillment coordination: Track orders from confirmation → production → packing → delivery.
- Timeline planning: Build simple fulfillment timelines and follow up to keep things on schedule.
- Supplier & production follow-up: Communicate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, specs, and progress updates.
- Logistics arrangement: Book deliveries, coordinate couriers/transport, and ensure correct shipping details.
- Inventory support: Track stock levels for key items/materials and flag low stock or delays early.
- Quality checks: Do basic QC checks (quantity, print/engraving accuracy, finishing, packaging) before dispatch.
- Stakeholder coordination: Align updates between internal team, suppliers, and clients when timelines or requirements change.
- Issue handling: Identify problems early (wrong specs, delays, defects, missing items) and coordinate fixes quickly.
- Process support: Keep records (supplier lists, order trackers, delivery tracking, QC notes) and suggest small improvements.
