Role summary
Unseen Matters is an ESG-focused premium gifting & merchandise studio. We design and deliver story-driven corporate gifts, packaging and custom merchandise for leading brands and institutions including Google, Petronas, Meta, BCG, Dell, Intel, Siemens, Clarins, Cartier, The Hour Glass, Bursa Malaysia, Sunway and more.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Founder and Design team to coordinate suppliers, track production progress, and support quality checks — ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a premium standard.
What you’ll do (support-focused)
- Supplier coordination: request quotes, compare options, follow up timelines, and keep vendors aligned
- Production tracking: maintain simple trackers for samples, production stages, delivery dates, and next actions
- Sampling support: coordinate sample revisions with suppliers and internal team; document changes clearly
- Basic QC checks: support QC using a checklist (finish, alignment, cleanliness, defects) and flag issues early
- Delivery coordination: assist with packing/assembly coordination when needed and ensure items ship safely
Job Requirements
Who should apply
Candidates with experience in printing, packaging, event production, retail display/VM production, fabrication, supplier coordination, production/project coordination or event management are encouraged to apply.
Must-haves
- 2–4 years of relevant experience (any of the industries above)
- Comfortable coordinating with suppliers (quotes, lead times, follow-ups)
- Organized and detail-oriented; can maintain trackers and documentation
- Able to work calmly under timeline pressure
- Proficiency in Mandarin / Chinese languge
Nice-to-have
- Familiar with finishing/production terms (printing, rigid box, acrylic/wood, textiles, etc.)
- Prior exposure to QC / sample handling / production coordination

- Suppliers are followed up consistently and timelines are clear
- Samples and production move with fewer surprises
- Quality issues are caught early and communicated clearly
