The Responsibilities of the Job:

• To assist Assistant Logistic & Warehouse Manager - Daily logistics and shipping activities, and help to coordinate with Logistic & Warehouse and Business Development and Customer Service team, shipping agent, forwarding agent, custom, haulier, etc for the dispatch or collection of goods at the plant, warehouse or port.
• To assist Assistant Logistic & Warehouse Manager in execution of all the relevant tasks that related to Shipment and Logistics.
• Supporting Logistic & Warehouse and OEM Sales/Business Development in term of documentation and coordination works.
• Support and assist to monitor the activities carry-up in all the shipments (inbound and outbound) and logistic activities such as declaration, clearance and transportation tasks.
• Suggest and feedback on the strategic or direction given by Assistant Logistic & Warehouse Manager in improving, shipment, logistics and increasing productivity & efficiency.
• Assist Assistant Logistic & Warehouse Manager to follow-up and monitor shipment and logistics activities especially documentation works, as well as monitoring service providers such as 3rd party transporter and forwarding agent to reduce downtime, increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide suggestion or feedback on the implementation of process or work flow to reduce problems in the logistic issue that related to shipment and 3rd party service providers.
• Work closely and coordinate with Operation team, Warehouse and Customer Service for collection of goods activities in the warehouse and deliveries.
• Coordinate closely with Sales/Business Development, Customer Service & Operation team to ensure the smooth operation of logistics and shipment activities including local & export orders, shipment, stock status, clearance and documentation works.
• As a back-up to support Logistic & Warehouse Executive and Coordinator for the 3rd party transportation arrangement for import, delivery and dispatch (local & export) purposes.
• Assist and support Assistant Logistic & Warehouse Manager to compliance with local custom regulations and HSE regulations or policy, also maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard.
• Assist and support Assistant Logistic & Warehouse Manager and Account department for the month end and year end/annual stock take (secondary task).
• Assist and support Assistant Logistic & Warehouse Manager and QC for any of the customer complaint that related to Shipment and Logistics issue from the local & oversea customer.
• Undertake any other Logistics and Shipment related task as deemed appropriate.
