Job Description

As an Intern - Academy Administrator, your main responsibility will be providing administrative support for UOA Academy administrative tasks. This support will cover a wide range of training administration tasks, such as tracking training hours, managing logistics, coordinating with associate trainers, issuing certificates, and liaising with participants and vendors. The goal is to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of training programs.

To excel in this role, you must possess keen attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a dependable problem-solver, strong time management skills will be essential to succeed in meeting deadlines and managing various responsibilities effectively.

  •  Assist on the overall HRDC administration and processes.
  •  Assist in ensuring the smooth coordination and administration of all UOA Academy training courses, conferences, and events.
  •  Coordinate all logistics, training requirements, training certification and travel arrangements.
  •  Prepare training aids such as PowerPoint slides, manuals, and handbooks.
  •  Perform daily office administrative and filing tasks. • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee tracking hours, training calendar, attendance sheets)
  •  Call and follow up with clients on training programs.
  •  Assist in request and maintain UOA Academy inventory (Stationery, Pantry etc.).

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education / Learning & Development
 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
     
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written English).
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
     
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
     
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
