Job Description
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Intern Trainee to join our Human Resources Department with a focus on UOA Academy projects. The role will primarily involve content creation for HR-driven events, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives. You will assist in designing and producing creative materials that capture company culture, promote learning activities, and enhance communication of HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital/visual content (graphics, posters, videos, infographics) to promote HR events, training programs, and Academy activities.
- Assist in preparing communication materials for HR projects, internal campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support content creation for newsletters, intranet updates, and social media posts related to HR and Academy events.
- Capture and edit event photos/videos for documentation and promotional use.
- Collaborate with HR team members on event planning, campaigns, and project execution.
- Assist in creating highlight reels, recap posts, and success stories from HR or Academy activities.
- Provide general coordination and administrative support for HR and Academy projects.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Media, Design, or related field.
- Passion for storytelling, design, and creating engaging content.
- Basic proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Familiarity with photography, videography, and editing is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (and [Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin], if relevant).
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic HR environment.
