Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: To identify potential candidates, and utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Job Advertising: Create and post compelling job descriptions on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to identify opportunities for talent acquisition and retention.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using the internal record keeping system.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our company culture and values to attract potential employees and enhance our employer brand.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Job Requirements

 

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Proficiency in English and proficiency in Mandarin are advantages.
