Job Description

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications 
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) 
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders 

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels (databases, social media, networking) 
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring and critical roles 
  • Conduct market mapping for key positions when required 

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers to align expectations and hiring timelines 
  • Provide advisory on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate insights 
  • Ensure clear communication between candidates and internal stakeholders 

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey from application to onboarding 
  • Maintain timely follow-ups and feedback to candidates 
  • Strengthen employer branding through positive interactions 

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems 
  • Prepare hiring reports (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline status) 
  • Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition 
  • Experience in corporate/in-house recruitment (agency experience is a plus) 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously 
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
