Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to assist in managing the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be experienced in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and handling full sets of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, payments, and collections.
• Process invoices, payments, claims, and staff reimbursements.
• Assist in preparing tax submissions, SST, and liaising with auditors or tax agents.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and SST.
