About Us:

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency producing engaging, performance-driven video content for brands across multiple industries. Our team specializes in short-form social media videos, commercial campaigns, and trend-based content.

We are looking for a creative and motivated Video Editing Intern who wants real hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Post-Production Support

• Assist in editing short-form social media videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Support light to medium editing tasks under guidance from Senior Editors.
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects, and basic motion elements.
• Follow scripts and reference videos to replicate trending formats.
• Organize and manage raw footage files properly. 

Creative & Trend Research

• Research trending editing styles and social media formats.
• Assist in preparing rough cuts for client campaigns.
• Contribute creative ideas for transitions, pacing, and hooks. 

Revisions & Quality Control

• Revise videos based on feedback from Seniors or clients.
• Ensure content matches brand tone and campaign objectives.
• Maintain proper file export settings for different social platforms. 

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Marketing, Communications, Broadcasting or related fields.
• Basic editing knowledge and understanding of video storytelling.
• Familiar with CapCut (剪映) and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus (not mandatory).
• Strong sense of pacing for short-form content.
• Detail-oriented and able to accept constructive feedback.
• Able to manage multiple edits under tight timelines.
• Passionate about social media trends and digital content.
