<h2>Your Role:</h2>
As a Junior Videographer cum Editor, you will support the production team in executing short-form video projects from shooting to post-production. You will work closely with Senior team members and gain hands-on experience across real client campaigns. This role is execution-focused, with strong learning and growth opportunities.

<h2>What You’ll Be Doing:</h2>
<h3>Videography (Production Support)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist Senior/Executive team members in video shoots for social media content.</li>
<li>Execute shoots based on scripts and reference videos.</li>
<li>Set up basic lighting and camera equipment.</li>
<li>Operate filming equipment such as cameras, gimbals, and audio recording devices.</li>
<li>Support on-set coordination during 8–12 hour shoot days.</li>
<li>Ensure proper organization of raw footage after shooting. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Video Editing (Post-Production)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Edit short-form videos (light to medium editing complexity).</li>
<li>Complete approximately 2 short videos per day when required.</li>
<li>Follow scripts and reference styles to replicate trending social media formats.</li>
<li>Apply strong sense of pacing aligned with short-form content rhythm.</li>
<li>Revise videos based on feedback from Seniors or clients.</li>
<li>Assist Senior Editors with project-based editing tasks (small to mid-scale campaigns).</li>
</ul>
