We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in advertising content for social media platforms. We work with brands across multiple industries to produce engaging, high-performing video content. We are looking for a passionate Junior Videographer cum Editor who loves short-form content, understands social media trends, and wants to grow in a fast-paced agency environment. Your Role:

As a Junior Videographer cum Editor, you will support the production team in executing short-form video projects from shooting to post-production. You will work closely with Senior team members and gain hands-on experience across real client campaigns. This role is execution-focused, with strong learning and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Videography (Production Support)

• Assist Senior/Executive team members in video shoots for social media content.
• Execute shoots based on scripts and reference videos.
• Set up basic lighting and camera equipment.
• Operate filming equipment such as cameras, gimbals, and audio recording devices.
• Support on-set coordination during 8–12 hour shoot days.
• Ensure proper organization of raw footage after shooting.
   

Video Editing (Post-Production)

• Edit short-form videos (light to medium editing complexity).
• Complete approximately 2 short videos per day when required.
• Follow scripts and reference styles to replicate trending social media formats.
• Apply strong sense of pacing aligned with short-form content rhythm.
• Revise videos based on feedback from Seniors or clients.
• Assist Senior Editors with project-based editing tasks (small to mid-scale campaigns).

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Approximately 3–6 months internship experience or around 6 months freelance experience in videography and/or editing.
• Basic foundation in video editing (light to medium editing).
• Proficient in CapCut (剪映) and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Possess a good visual sense and ability to replicate trendy, internet-style edits.
• Understand short-form video pacing for social media platforms.
• Able to follow scripts and execute accordingly.
• Strong execution ability with willingness to accept frequent revisions.
• Familiar with basic camera operation, framing, and lighting setup.
• Comfortable using equipment such as gimbal and audio recording devices.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle fast-paced schedules.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and open to guidance.
• Interest in social media trends and digital content.
