What you will do

•  Provide premium, seven star level communication across email, chat, and calls
•  Handle simple client cases at the start and progress to VIP clients and critical situations
•  Master our entire workflow end to end, from verification to advanced client operations
•  Work directly with leadership and become the primary point of contact for Malaysia
•  Manage high pressure scenarios calmly and intelligently
•  Support global clients across US and EU time zones
•  Represent Upcomers with absolute professionalism and polished communication
•  Build the future Malaysia office and later lead a small team
•  Set the standard that the next hires will follow

Who you are

•  Age 18 to 28
•  Flawless English, crystal clear communication, professional tone
•  High IQ and EQ, fast thinking, logical, emotionally stable
•  Ambitious, hungry to grow, and capable of learning anything quickly
•  Detail oriented, responsible, precise, not sloppy, not chaotic
•  Natural ability to talk to high level clients
•  Confident speaking to traders, and VIP clients
•  Zero ego, zero toxicity, long term mindset
•  Mandarin is a major advantage but not requirement
•  Experience in trading is not required

•  Able to work across US and EU hours depending on operational needs
•  Must communicate at a premium, polished, level
•  Able to learn processes fast and adapt instantly
•  Stable personality with integrity and long term thinking
•  Ready to take responsibility early and grow quickly
