Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads. 
  • Understand client needs and pitch relevant agency services tailored to their business goals. 
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, decks, and quotations to potential clients. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, content) to shape proposals that win. 
  • Maintain and manage sales pipeline, providing timely updates to management. 

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (agency experience preferred). 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (especially TikTok, Meta, and XHS). 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize opportunities. 
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently. 
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin. (As the candidate needed to pitch for XHS).
