JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Responsible for providing customer service support via LIVE Chat on multiple online platforms for multiple brands and products.</li>
<li>Effectively manage the needs and satisfaction of our online customers while adhering to the company's customer service quality &amp; standards (such as response rate / speed, response professionalism, abandon / drop-out rate etc).</li>
<li>Uses standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision, to meet Service Level Agreement.</li>
<li>Gather all necessary information to update the database.</li>
<li>Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.</li>
<li>Work with line managers to support the overall customer service optimization and report making.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Conduct outbound calls to customers from a provided contact list.</li>
<li>Present products to prospective customers, effectively communicating their features and benefits.</li>
<li>Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the products offered to address customer inquiries and objections.</li>
<li>Effectively handle objections and work towards converting leads into satisfied customers.</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and reduce customer losing.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.</li>
<li>Handle conflicts and complaints with professionalism and tact.</li>
<li>Create a connection with the customer by showing genuine interest in their issue and offering a sympathetic response.</li>
<li>Be flexible and ready to adjust your approach based on the customer’s personality and the complexity of their issue.</li>
<li>Capable of performing efficiently and effectively in high-pressure situations.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.</li>
<li>Assess customer requirements and their potential to make a purchase.</li>
<li>Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.</li>
<li>Maintain precise and current records of customer interactions, including calls, Telegram, WhatsApp, and sales outcomes.</li>
<li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.</li>
<li>Adhere to company policies and industry regulations when conducting sales calls.</li>
<li>Fulfil any other related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
