JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support the day-to-day HR operations and contribute to key HR functions. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in a dynamic and people-centric environment.

• Support recruitment processes: coordination of interview and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
• Prepare employment-related documentation (offer letters, confirmation, warning letters, etc.)
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure timely updates on attendance, leave, and claims.
• Support employee engagement programs and welfare activities.
• Handle general HR administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 1–2 years of working experience in a Human Resources role
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
