Job Description

  1. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Human Resources Information Systems.
  2. Ensure data integrity in HRIS systems and reliable reporting and analytics.
  3. Collaborate with other teams for system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  4. Train employees on HRIS functions and new features.
  5. Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  6. Stay updated with legislation affecting payroll and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  7. Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve any issues promptly.
  8. Prepare and review payroll reports and reconciliations for accuracy.
  9. Generate HR metrics and reports to support decision-making processes.
  10. Analyze trends in HR data to identify areas for improvement.
  11. Coordinate and assist in HR audits, both internal and external.
  12. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR compliance and best practices.
  13. Collaborate with HR colleagues on cross-functional initiatives.
  14. Provide support in other HR functions as needed, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  15. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information possessing skills to handle situations in a professional and diplomatic manner.
  2. Energetic with a can-do attitude.
  3. Exceptional attention to details.
  4. Strong organizational skills and analytical skills.
  5. Being a good judge of character and maintaining good relations with the HR team.
  6. Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
  7. You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
