UpgrowthHR Sdn Bhd is seeking an Intern, Branding & Creative based in KL City Centre. The intern will support the branding and creative team to create visual content aligned with brand identity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience by contributing to real design projects.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of visual assets for various branding campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and other digital and print materials.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop concepts that effectively communicate messages and ideas.
• Use design software and tools to create layouts, illustrations, and graphics that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Support the production of multimedia content, including images, infographics, videos, and animations.
• Edit and retouch images to enhance their quality and visual appeal.
• Participate in design discussions, providing insights and suggestions to improve creative processes and projects.
• Maintain organised files and documentation of design projects, versions, and assets.
• Adapt designs based on feedback from team members, making necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome.
• Assist in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Enrollment in a relevant design or art program or recent graduation in graphic design or a related field.
• Experience in graphic design software such as Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or other equivalent tools.
• Basic understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
• Strong creativity and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to constructive feedback.
• Portfolio showcasing your design skills and a range of projects (class assignments, personal projects, etc.).
