Job Description

HR Intern

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of recruitment records.
  • Performs ad hoc tasks as required.  

Social Media Marketing Intern

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep our pages relevant and engaging.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Support in creating basic graphics, short videos, and reels using Canva, CapCut, or other tools.
  • Assist in running social media ads and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on brainstorming ideas for social media campaigns.
  • Track and report key performance metrics to measure content success.

Branding & Creative Intern

  • Assist in the creation of visual assets for various branding campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and other digital and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop concepts that effectively communicate messages and ideas.
  • Use design software and tools to create layouts, illustrations, and graphics that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Support the production of multimedia content, including images, infographics, videos, and animations.
  • Edit and retouch images to enhance their quality and visual appeal.
  • Participate in design discussions, providing insights and suggestions to improve creative processes and projects.
  • Maintain organised files and documentation of design projects, versions, and assets.
  • Adapt designs based on feedback from team members, making necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome. 
  • Assist in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Able to source, screen, recruit, recommend strong talent and strong relationship-builder.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fast learner, resourceful and proactive.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Social Media Marketing Intern

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Branding & Creative Intern

  • Enrollment in a relevant design or art program or recent graduation in graphic design or a related field.
  • Experience in graphic design software such as Adobe Design software (Photoshop, Illustrator & etc) or other equivalent tools.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to constructive feedback. 
  • Portfolio showcasing your design skills and a range of projects (class assignments, personal projects, etc.).
