JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsible for social media marketing, including strategy planning, setting up paid ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, boosting conversions, and increasing brand awareness for various projects

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
• Set up and manage paid social media ad campaigns from scratch.
• Install and configure tracking pixels to monitor key events.
• Plan and manage monthly advertising budgets effectively.
• Manage multiple campaigns across different regions and brands.
• Collaborate with internal teams, brainstorming, and discussing to align efforts
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate detailed reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, resources, and best practices.
• Share creative ideas to drive innovative campaign strategies.
• Be responsible for tracking and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Meta Business Suite.
• Proficiency in setting up and tracking social media ads.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Capability to develop and implement strategies aligned with social media trends.
