Job Description

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear products (frames, lenses, contact lenses, etc.).
• Explain product features, promotions, and after-sales services.
• Support basic fitting and adjustments of frames (training will be provided).
• Assist in processing sales transactions and handling POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and display areas.
• Ensure accurate stock management and product labelling.
• Work closely with optometrists and dispensers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets and KPIs.
• Uphold professionalism and product knowledge in all customer interactions.

Job Requirements

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior retail experience is an added advantage (especially in optical/eyewear).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pleasant personality, team player, and service-oriented.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
