Job Description

Our Responsibilities

• Propose new products and features, prepare PRD and work closely with engineers to deliver products under tight deadlines
• Own the whole life cycle of the product and work with Ops, Marketing and BD to ensure the success of every new product launched
• Research and stay ahead new trends, turn insights into actions
• Monitor product performance data and adjust strategies and product directions timely

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of crypto / defi experience
• Experience leading a team of product and UX designers
• Ability to work in a high paced environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to find a balance between quality and execution speed and between long term and short term goals
• Strong communication and articulation skills;experience in working in a cross cultural work environment
• Hands on , result driven, open minded and low ego
• Preferred experience in the cryptocurrency space
