Account Executive for Property Management Company

Knowing the Team:

Urban Room Sdn Bhd is the top property management company that consists of a group of not only young & energetic; but also innovative and professional people that provides premium student accommodation for students in Bandar Sunway.

We are seeking for dynamic and result-orientated candidates to fill in the following vacancies with immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Performing day to day accounting operations.
• Checking of daily bank transaction, acknowledging all payments and data key in.
• Proper filings of accounting related documents.
• Enter financial transactions into SQL Accounting.
• Help to update financial reporting for management team.
• Maintain digital and physical financial records.
• Perform any other duties assigned according to accounting function. 

Working Hours: 

Monday - Friday [10am - 7pm]

Saturday [10am - 3pm]

Job Requirements

• Preferable Chinese 
• Language requires: Mandarin, Malay and English
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience on basic accounting. 
• Able to work independently
• Able to co-ordinate and liaise with other team 
• Computer skill in Microsoft Office Excel is required. 
• Candidate who has knowledge with SQL accounting system will be an added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
