Senior Human Resources (HR) Executive for Property Management Company
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Building up HR system for ~ 50 people sized company.
- Support HR functions such as payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Job Requirements
Requirements
- 3–6 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Extrovert.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-growing company.
- Experience in property / service / hospitality sector is an added advantage.
