We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and camera-confident Content Creator to join Usmile's young, energetic, and vibrant team! If you're passionate about creating viral content, love staying ahead of social media trends, and enjoy bringing creative ideas to life, we'd love to meet you.

🎯 What You'll Do

Content Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form content (video, photo, content, image) to promote Usmile products.

Content Strategy Execution: Develop and execute content seeding strategies, primarily on TikTok, while supporting content initiatives across Facebook & Instagram

Research viral trends & the industry high-quality contents: Analyze top-performing content, continuously innovate creative concepts and content formats.

Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor content performance, analyze traffic, marketing, and user data, and optimize content quality, engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Experience in short-form video content marketing, content operations, or social media marketing.
• Experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in content planning, scriptwriting, video production, and video editing.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, report writing and performance analysis.
• Strong digital awareness, user-focused thinking, logical problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Up-to-date with the latest TikTok, Facebook & Instagram trends, platform guidelines, and best practices, with hands-on experience creating engaging video content.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, with at least 1 year of experience in short video content marketing or operations. Candidates with a background in the personal care and beauty industry or related FMCG sectors are preferred.
2.  Excellent script planning, video production, and editing skills. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using office software such as Excel and PPT for data analysis and report writing. 
3. Strong online awareness, user-centric thinking, logical reasoning, and learning ability. 
4. Familiar with the content guidelines and trends of TikTok/Facebook/Instagram platforms, and possess rich experience in video creation.
