Beverage Preparation
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and other beverages according to brand SOP.
- Maintain consistency in coffee taste, milk texture, and drink presentation.
- Support daily calibration of grinders and espresso machines.
Customer Service
- Greet customers and take orders professionally.
- Provide recommendations on beverages.
- Ensure positive customer experience.
Bar Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
