Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Officer/ Executive to join our Payment Team. This role involves overseeing end-to-end payment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Experience with SAP Cash Management will be a strong asset in this role.
Responsibilities: -
- Manage and execute timely and accurate vendor payments (including telegraphic transfer, ACH, and cheques).
- Lead daily and weekly payment runs in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve complex vendor and payment issues in collaboration with procurement and finance teams.
- Support month-end closing, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payables for executive role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience with SAP and familiarity with the Cash Management module are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of payment processes and banking transactions.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
- Candidate must be willing to work at Senai, Johor.
