About The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Digital Content Producer to join our growing team in our in-house tech channel, ProductNation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can transform ideas into compelling audio-visual content. You’ll play a key role in producing videos while collaborating across teams to bring engaging stories about tech to life, and to help us keep the standard high as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Write production briefs and video scripts (long-form and short-form) - translating creative direction into clear documents
• Plan and coordinate shoots end-to-end, including scheduling, location, talent, and equipment
• Run pre- and post-production meetings, keeping everyone aligned and on track
• Manage the production calendar and maintain our ClickUp workflow
• Coordinate between producers, editors, designers, and external vendors
• Conduct first-pass quality control before deliverables go to final approval
• Track timelines, flag risks early, and solve problems before they escalate
• Support branded campaign productions including client coordination and asset delivery
• Maintain accurate records of project status, budgets, and documentation

Job Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of production experience in digital media or branded content
• Strong understanding of the full production cycle
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Clear communicator who can brief a team and coordinate across departments
• Familiar with project management tools such as ClickUp or Notion
• Genuine interest in tech, mobile filmmaking, and what ProductNation makes
• Comfortable in a fast-moving small team where everyone contributes
• Video production skills - shooting or editing experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
