Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Visual Design & Brand

• Design clear, on‑brand visuals for product interfaces, web, email, and social campaigns.
• Maintain and refine brand guidelines to ensure consistent look and tone across touchpoints.

Production & Asset Management

• Prepare production ready files for web and print, optimizing assets for performance and accessibility.
• Create and update reusable components, templates, and style guides to speed delivery.

Collaboration & Iteration

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to align designs with user needs and technical constraints.
• Accept feedback, iterate quickly, and use basic metrics to improve visual effectiveness.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic or visual design, ideally with product or tech company exposure.
• Degree or diploma in design, visual communications, or equivalent practical experience, plus a strong portfolio showing product and marketing work.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and comfortable working in Figma for interface and component work. AI tools familiarity is an advantage.  
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and exporting assets for web and mobile.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can explain design choices and accept feedback constructively.
• Organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple requests in a fast paced environment.
