About the Role

In this role, you will work across different areas of marketing; from digital campaigns and social media to on-ground events. Making real impact and learning every step of the way.

What You will Do

As a Marketing Executive, you will be managing:

1) Digital & Content Marketing

* Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

* Create engaging content (text, image, short-form videos) aligned with brand identity

* Design basic visuals using tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar

* Monitor and grow social media engagement and followers

2) Email Marketing

* Build and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, announcements)

* Track open rates, click rates, and suggest improvements

3) Campaign Management

* Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

* Work with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to ensure smooth rollout

* Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

* Share reports and insights to improve future campaigns

4) On-Ground Marketing Support

* Assist in planning and executing on-ground events, pop-ups, roadshows, or launches

* Coordinate logistics, materials, and support team on event day

Job Requirements

 Who We are Looking For:

* Holds a degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or a related field

* Has 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or digital role

* Strong passion for marketing, social media, and creativity

* A team player who collaborates well across departments

* Proactive, self-motivated, and always eager to learn

* Agile and adaptable in a fast-moving environment

* Good eye for design and content trends
