Job Description

Customer Service

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable products to support sales and enhance their shopping experience.
• Answer basic enquiries about Chinese calligraphy, painting, stationery and art supplies
• Provide product information and explain product differences when required
• Handle customer feedback and enquiries appropriately

Retail & Store Operations

• Arrange, replenish and maintain products on shelves
• Ensure products are properly labelled, displayed and organised
• Assist with stock checking and inventory counts
• Handle cashier and payment transactions accurately
• Assist with packing customer purchases and online orders
• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the store
• Ensure products are handled and stored carefully

Team Support

• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks when required
• Support workshops, events and promotional activities
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them within the required timeframe

Job Requirements

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

• On-site Job in Georgetown, Penang
• Minimum SPM/ STPM and above
• Mandarin (mandatory) and English are required for this position
• Basic computer skills is an added advantage
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
• Fresh graduates and candidates without retail experience are welcome to apply
• Experience in retail, customer service, stationery, Art or Chinese calligraphy is an advantage
