Job Description

  • Key in supplier invoices and payments
  • Monitor payment schedules and outstanding payables
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
  • Maintain proper supporting documents and records
  • Prepare billings, invoices and statements
  • Perform general office administrative duties as required
  • Working Place :Klang Pandamaran (9am - 6pm)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in field
  • 1–3 years of experience (is an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling)
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Good communication skills (Know speaking chinese is an advantage)
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions
